How to perform a backup

1. Click Service > Back Up Service Database > Enter the admin account password and click OK.
   
   
2. Give it a file name (Example: ISS_5.1.0) and click Save. Do not use special characters or spaces.
3. Enter the password again and click OK. The backup will take a few minutes to complete. Click OK when prompted. There will be a file ending in *.iexp on the desktop.
   
   
4. Copy this file to a flash drive.

How to perform a restore

1. Click Service > Restore Service Database > Enter the admin account password and click OK.
   
   
    
2. Point the the backup you have, enter the password, then click OK.
   
   
    
3. Click Restore. If the services from the backup do not match what is currently installed on the system, this will fail. Contact technical support.
   
   
    
4. Wait a few minutes for the restore to finish and services to restart, then log in with the admin account.
