IDIS Center shows a black screen when using any remote viewing software

With the recent updates, a privacy option is disabled by default. Anyone that uses a program such as Team Viewer or Anydesk will not see live video through the remote session.

 

Resolution:

  1. Go to the local PC or have someone onsite do the following.
  2. Launch IDIS Center and log in.
  3. Click System > IDIS Center Setup > System

     
  4. Uncheck Exclude from Window screen capture. Click Apply > OK.

     
  5. Relaunch the software and verify over the remote session again.
