Download the file attached at the end of this article.
Unzip it then run the program and click Lookup.
Highlight the camera then click Management > System Log.
Click Find then Save.
When the Save As window comes up, name the file then click Save.
Click the Event Log tab and repeat the steps above.
Send both files to technical support.
