You must have access to your new email inbox to verify the change.

Scenario 1: Still Logged In, but Can’t Access Old Email

If you're still signed into the Swann Security app, you're in luck — you can change your email right from your profile settings.

Why this helps: Updating your email ensures you’ll continue receiving important alerts and notifications from Swann.

NOTE: The new email must not have a registered Swann Security account.

There is no way to transfer paired devices from one account to another.

  • If the new email has no device paired yet, delete the account then proceed below so you can use the new email to your existing Swann Security account.
  • Otherwise, you have to unpair the devices from the old account, then pair it to the new account to migrate.
