Central Management Server (CMS): Password Recovery

Issue:

The administrator has forgotten their password.

Resolution:

1. Right-click on the ServerManagerTool icon located in the system tray (if it is not present click Start > Programs > CMS > ServerManagerTool) and select Restore.
   
   
   
   
2. Click CMU > Config and email the GUID to support@arecontvision.com.
