Central Management Server (CMS): Adding a user

Issue:

A new user needs to be added to CMS.

Note: The default Administrator account cannot be edited or deleted.

Resolution:

  1. From the CMS Main Menu click Users.

  2. Click Users on the upper left then click +Add.

  3. Provide the username and password (Note: The password can only contain letters and numbers) and select the appropriate role then click Add.

  4. The user will be added as shown below.
