Zkteco: Error in Small Business/Enterprise "Index out of the matrix limits"

When it happens that the ZKteco Small Business or Enterprise software gives us this error message "Index out of the matrix limits" when we try to download the users from the terminal, we have 2 options to solve it:

1. Reinstall the software by checking the "Check for online updates" box during installation
2. Copy the libraries contained in ZKTime-Enterprise-Release-1 to the following path C:\Program Files (x86)\ZKTime\
