• The phone won't be able to connect to the internet when the App is connected to the camera with Wi-Fi connection. Please disconnect the camera and try again.
  • Make sure you have Social Media Apps installed.
  • Make sure you have allowed access for the Social Media Apps on your App. You can do this by navigating to Permission Setting on your phone and grant access to the list of installed Social Media Apps for YI App.
