How to rebind the NVR to another VIVOCloud account?
Answer
Each NVR can be bound to only one VIVOCloud account. Only the primary account has the authority to configure the device and export video recordings.
If you wish to change the bound account, please follow the steps below to rebind the NVR to another VIVOCloud account.
Step1. Log in to the NVR’s web interface using a web browser.

Step2. Turn off the VIVOCloud service.
Please go to your ND device configuration, under System > VIVOCloud service, and click the "VIVOCloud Service" button to turn off the service.

Step3. Turn on the VIVOCloud service.
Once the service has stopped, click the button again to restart the VIVOCloud service.

There should be a green mark next to the blue button, and the new QR code will appear on the screen.

Step4. Scan the device's QR code to add the device to VIVOCloud.
Have the customer scan the QR code using their mobile device through the VIVOCloud app.
Once completed, the NVR will be linked to the primary user's VIVOCloud account, and the Export option should become available in the app.
