Remote firmware upgrade

To update the firmware of Akuvox devices, follow the procedure described below:

First, access the manufacturer's cloud and select the "UPDATE" option. After that, click on "NEW".

In the pop-up that has opened, the type of device to be updated must be selected. For the example an AK-R20A has been used. After that, you can find on the right the firmware version available for the update.

At the bottom is a device summary, where you can compare the current firmware version and whether the device can be upgraded.

To continue with the process, select the device and click on "SUBMIT" at the bottom.

NOTE: If necessary, the device can be upgraded on a certain schedule.

To confirm if the device is updating correctly, you can check the LED on the call button, which should be constantly flashing purple and red.
