  • Working local or remote access to the DVR or NVR.
  • Install the latest version of SwannView Link available.
  • Search recordings.

Searching recordings

  1. Open SwannView Link software then click on Playback > Remote Playback

  2. Click the camera icon to show the list of cameras
  3. Click and drag a channel you want to search recordings from, to any boxes at the left (on this example, channel 1 was dragged to top-left box)
  4. Set a date – Choose a month, year, then date that you want to search. BLUE date is your selected date; ORANGE dates are the dates with recordings.
    • After selecting a date, the timeline below will have a blue bar which are your recordings

  5. Click Play (bottom-left) then choose between Fluent (faster load times) or Clear (better quality) .
