How to upgrade the driver of the RAID card?

Answer

For Windows 11 systems, it is recommended to upgrade the RAID card driver to version 7.733.03.00, as this version includes optimizations for improved operation on Windows 11.

Step1. Please verify the Windows version of the NVR, for example, Windows 11 Version 24H2, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step2. Please click on "Properties" to check the current version of the RAID card driver.

Step3. From the screenshot below, we can see the current driver version of the RAID card.

Step4. After confirming the version, please click "Update Driver" to proceed with updating the RAID card driver.

Step5. Click “Browse my computer for drivers” to select the installation file that has been saved on the computer.

P.S. For Windows 11 systems, it is recommended to use a RAID card driver version 7.733.03 or later.

Step6. Once the update is successfully completed, a message stating "Windows has successfully updated your drivers" will be displayed.

Step7. Please note that the hardware you installed will not work until you restart your computer. Therefore, after completing the update, please proceed to restart the NVR.

Step8. Please go back to Computer Management and check whether the RAID card driver version is correctly shown as the updated version.
