No events are triggered in the KIT-BODYTEMP-BLACKBODY Fever Scanning software

If, when using the Fever Scanning software the face detection events or the temperature alarm events do not appear, we have to activate the following option in the configuration menu of the optical part of the camera:

Once this is done, all the events will appear
