My Wireless Monitor Does Not Power On (Black screen)

The following guide applies to our DIGLAN1003 series.

Below are instructions that will guide you through hard resetting the monitor and getting you back online:

1. Remove the following in order; SD card, Ethernet cable, power supply, back cover and finally unplug the battery.
2. Leave it for 60 seconds.
3. Connect the battery and screw the cover back on.
4. Plug in the power and turn the device back on.
5. Connect the Ethernet cable.
6. Insert the SD card.
