MIFARE and RFID card reading format in Anviz and Safire

MIFARE-USB-READER radio frequency card readers decode the cards in order to identify the number they carry internally.

EM card decoding is performed in the same way in both Safire and Anviz, so the number obtained on each card is the same.

On the other hand, the decoding on Mifare cards is done differently, as Safire has a different decoding than Anviz. While Safire decoding is 8H10D, Anviz decoding is 8H10D Reversed:
