Login the same Swann Security account you use on your primary device used for remote access.
Swann Security recorders and standalone cameras can only be paired to a single Swann Security account.
If you want family members or other trusted individuals to access your cameras, they’ll need to log into the Swann Security app on their phones using your Swann Security account.
NOTE: While Swann Security doesn’t currently have a Guest Mode or temporary access feature, we’re always looking to improve! We’d love to hear your feedback—feel free to share your suggestion through our Product Feature Request form. Your input helps us shape future updates!
