How to reset the password for X-Security video intercoms

To reset the X-Security video intercoms, we will have to download the Toolbox:

In this software the program for video intercom detection is the VDPConfig, which also allows the modification of the IPs of the devices

To reset a key of a video intercom, we will have to be with our software in the same range of the terminal we want to reset.

Then, the steps to follow are the following:

Select the option Modify Password and Reset Password 2. In Reset Mode, select the XML File option:

3.Choose the folder where you want to download the XML file and click Next. Once you have downloaded the file, send it to sat@visiotechsecurity.com:

4.When we receive the email with the reset file, we just need to import it into the software:
