FTP configuration on Safire Smart recorders

Safire Smart recorders can be set to upload both video and still images to an FTP server.

Within the Uploading Settings is where you can define which video recordings and screenshots you want to upload to FTP:

• Schedule - To define the schedule that the recorder will use to upload recordings/shots to FTP
• Uploading record - What type of event will be used to upload the recordings to FTP
• Motion - Motion detection
• Intelligence - Perimeter events such as line crossing or intrusion
• Sensor - Per alarm input
• Stream type - To define which video stream to use for uploading to FTP
• Uploading Image - To upload image captures. In the event in question the Snapshot checkbox must be enabled
• Alarm Info - Upload a text file with the alarms that have occurred in the recorder

To save the recordings and event snapshots to the recorder's HDD or to FTP, the Snapshot and Record options must be set in the event configuration
