Fitting the Weather Protector

Step-by-step Guide
Put on the Rubber O-ring
Slide the rubber O-ring onto the Ethernet plug coming from your camera. Make sure it sits flat and isn’t twisted so water can’t get in.
Insert the Cable Through the Seal Cap
Take the Ethernet extension cable and gently push its connector through the Seal Cap.
Add the Foam Weather Seal
Slide the foam weather seal, through its cut out, onto the Ethernet cable.
Insert the Cable Through the Seal Tube
Push the Ethernet extension cable through the Seal Tube.
Attach the Seal Tube to the Camera Cable
To keep enough room to move the other parts, first connect the Ethernet cable and camera's Ethernet connector, then twist the Seal Tube clockwise onto the camera’s Ethernet connector until it locks.
Push in the Foam Seal
Gently push the foam weather seal into the Seal Tube.
Attach the Seal Cap
Finally, twist the Seal Cap clockwise onto the Seal Tube until it locks.
