"Error decoding video stream (-830) (-990)" in Xtralis

When, when trying to watch the video of one of the channels of an Xtralis unit, we get the message "Error decoding the video sequence", it means that the RTSP port with which we have added the terminal in the AdPro program is not the same as the one of the unit itself
