ConteraCMR: Configuring a camera health alert

Issue:

Camera offline notifications need to be set up.

Resolution:

1. Log in to web services.
2. Click Alerts > Alert Rules > Add New Rule.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Health then click Next.
4. Name the alert and click Create.
5. These are the default options for a Health Alert.
   
   
   
   
6. Configure the options needed and enable Active Alert at the bottom then click Save.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Accounts/Records > click either Add Account or Add Recorder. In this example, only the ATC recorder was selected.
   
   
   
   
8. Click Users/Notifications. By default, the person who created the alert will be populated as the recipient. Enable the Email Alert option and it will save automatically.
