AV0xCID-xxx | How to factory default setting

Environment:

• AV02CID-100
• AV02CID-200
• AV05CID-100
• AV05CID-200

Issue:

• Reset password (all settings will be lost)
• Database corruption 

Procedure:

1. Locate the cable on the back of the camera. Follow one of the 2 options mentioned in steps 2 or 3.
   
2. Press and hold the reset button for 2 to 5 seconds, then release the reset button. This resets the camera to the factory default except for the network settings.
3. Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds, then release the reset button. This reset the camera to the factory default, and this resets the network settings to the factory default.
