What to do when you cannot send CGI command to the camera after upgrade the camera firmware to the latest?

 

Due to security researcher discovered that VIVOTEK Network camera have Cross-Site Request Forgery(CSRF) vulnerability, we created this function to avoid it. 

You can disable this function if needed.

Please go to Security > Miscellaneous and disable the following settings.

Then, you will be able to send CGI commands to the camera.

This feature was applied from firmware version 0x06b.
