How can I access my camera using my mobile phone?
Answer
VIVOTEK has developed two ways to access the cameras through your phone, iViewer and VIVOCloud which are both available in the iOS App Store and Google Play. You can add any VIVOTEK camera (8000 series or above) to the iViewer application but only some models are compatible with the VIVOCloud application. Please note that remote access from outside the camera network may require additional configurations, such as setting up port forwarding functionalities in your router to allow external access (WAN) to the camera if you are using iViewer. VIVOCloud compatible cameras do not require additional configuration.
