AKUVOX - How to setup a 4 student house with 4 users and one monitor?

In order to have the 4 buttons working, there needs to be one monitor and one outdoor station (AK-R20B-4B)

Open the https://ecloud.akuvox.com/ Akuvox cloud page.

1. Open the Project Manager tab

2. Click on + New

3. Set the number of apartments

4. Name of the community, etc

5. Select Public Area + Private Area

6. Submit to save the project

7. Open the project

8. Add a new building 

9. Create a name for the building.

10. Click on the OK icon to save 

11. Select the building to add the device

12. Click on New

13. Fill in the field and the options that are needed 

14. Enter the mac address of the monitor, this allows you to add 3 more (family) members 

15. Open the Add Resident option to enter a resident 

16. Click on Submit to save

17. Click on New to add the door station

18. Select the Multi-tenants Door phone

19. Enter the mac address of the door station, Location and the rest of the options

20. Click on Submit to save

21. Click on New to add a new (Family) member, 3 additional are free 

22. Enter the First Name and Last Name

23. The Email address is optional 

24. Select the Country

25. The mobile number is optional

26. Click on Submit to Save

27. Open the config page from the intercom (the default username and password is admin admin)

28. Open the Intercom menu and select Basic 

29. Fill in the SIP number of the user, this can be found in the app. (see also the instruction from the Akuvox mail that has been sent when creating the new user

30. Submit to save
