17 - Akuvox eCloud - Property manager - Messages

In the "Devices" menu, we see an overview of all devices in the project.

1. Set a screensaver to the selected devices not all devices are supported
2. Simple edit of device like the relay or location name 
3. To have access to the device via a tunnel and the device information like the MAC address VoIP number, and IP address

Simple Edit of the device

Click on the edit icon (2) from the device.

There will be the options:

• The location name of the device 
• Name of the Relay
• The DTMF code to open the relay
• The unlock option from the monitor 

From the monitor 

• The location name
• Relays on or off

Access via a tunnel directly to the device (no port forwarding needed)

When needed, the manager can have direct access to a device. (username and password from the device needed)

Click on the information icon to have all the device details.

Then on the right top click on Settings

The next step is to click on Remote Control 

Click on the link or refresh the page (this depends on the browser)

Now log in with the username and password from that device (this is not the password from the manager)
