Within the new project, there is already a Public area created.

1. Community building overview
2. Residents and devices overview
3. Overview status from the selection of residents and devices

Adding buildings

In general, the public area is for the devices that everyone should have access to 

For the rest separate entrances, create a building.

Adding an intercom

When adding an intercom, select the building to add the intercom then New.

Select the intercom type.

Multi-tenant Doorphone are the models with more than one call button or keypad

1. Enter the mac address of the intercom
2. Select if the device has internet access
3. Location of the intercom
4. Select all buildings when the device is in the public area and need to be able to call all the residents 

When not, select the building, the intercom needs to be able to call.

Adding an indoor station

Select the building, then APT and New.

1. Fill in the apartment details
2. Call Type
   • 
     • SmartPlus and indoor monitors will be used to ring the monitor and the mobile app at the same time
3. SIP call or IP call
   • 
     • IP call will be used for an off-line installation 
4. Enter the MAC address of the monitor
5. The relays are the relay from the monitor, not the door station
6. Add the (user) resident or later - add resident

And submit to save.

Adding a resident

Adding a resident can be done directly in the windows by adding a monitor or editing the monitor (APT)

Click on the edit icon within the Action column.  

Then click on the edit button and a new window will pop up.

Go down and select Add Resident.

Fill in the fields and when registering the email address, the user will receive an email with the instructions to add the app on the mobile device including a QR to scan within the app. 

Submit to save.
