When you are outside and your phone is using wifi, the phone is able to connect the system.

When you are outside and your phone is using the 3G or 4G network, the phone is not able to connect the system.

In this situation, please try the method below.

Go to Main menu--System--Encode to change substream‘s resolution, bit rate, and FPS to lower.
