Why are my notifications not muted?

If you've muted your notifications already but are still receiving notifications, it could be the following reasons:

• You notifications have been unmuted
• Your notifications have been turned back on automatically
• Alfred automatically resets after you reinstall the app
• Alfred automatically resets after you log out and log back in again

Your notifications have been unmuted

If the bell in the top right corner of your app looks like the image above, your notifications have been unmuted. If you want to mute all notifications, tap on the bell icon again.

Your notifications have been turned back on automatically

When you mute a Camera device's notifications, Alfred asks you to pick how long you'd like to mute the notifications for:

Unless you pick "until I turn it back on," the notifications will be turned back on automatically after a period of time.

You reinstalled the app

Alfred resets your app settings if you reinstall the app. Please follow this guide to mute your notifications.

You logged out and logged in again

Alfred resets your app settings if you log out of the app and log back in. Please follow this guide to mute your notifications again.

In addition to muting your notifications, you can also turn on/off your notifications.
