Thermtec camera upgrade

When updating a Thermtec camera, request the firmware to support@visiotechsecurity.com , sending a screenshot of the system configuration, showing the current version and serial number, or check the Visiotech Website.

Once the firmware is downloaded, it is loaded in the following section:

When it finishes loading, a message will appear indicating whether you want to reboot now or later, then select “Reboot Later”.

Then “Simple Recovery” and “Reboot”.

• When the camera is rebooted, the password will be the factory password - admin123
• It may happen that, when updating apart from the password, the IP has also been reset - 192.168.1.128.
• Very rarely, when the camera is started and accessed, the environment displayed is not the correct one:

In these cases, the camera must be restarted from the power supply, it is not useful to perform the “Reboot” from the maintenance tab.
