1. Check the current version of the device pack installed on your NRs or NS device.

2. Download the latest Device Pack using the following link: https://www.vivotek.com/device_pack#downloads

3. Unzip the device pack and copy it to an easy to access location.

4. Open the following folder path in your NR or NS system and copy the .vdp file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\VIVOTEK Inc\Shepherd

5. Change the name of the .vdp file to "device_pack.vdp" and copy it into the Shepherd installation path.

6. Open the Shepherd application and check the information section to verify if the device pack was successfully updated.
