RAID Rebuilding
If one of your disks is broken, the disk indicator on the front panel will turn red. Of course, a
warning tip will pop up if the relevant HDD exception alarm is set. You need to rebuild the
RAID after you replace the broken disk with a new one.
How to rebuild the array?
After replacing the broken HDD.
Open the NVR web interface, and select the function panel.
Click on the disk tab, and then disk management.

Select Array in the menu on the left side, then rebuild.

Then, OK, to start the rebuilding.

The rebuilding process is slow, but does not affect the recordings or any other functions from the NVR.
When there are no important recordings on the HDD, it would be faster to recreate the array again.
