Safire Smart - LPR and IP camera send picture via email

When using the relay output from the LPR to trigger snapshot action from a different camera.

For this, a Safire Smart NVR is needed, for this article we're using a Safire Smart SF-NVR3104-B1 NVR and an SF-IPB585ZA-4LPR-0832 LPR camera.
