Safire - IP - Speed Dome - Auto start patrol function

Note:

For this tutorial, we have used Safire Speed SF-IPSD6025UIWH-4 dome camera with firmware version V5.6.14 build 191115

When to use the Auto Patrol feature.

When you are using the Patrol function with the Safire Speeddome camera and someone moves the camera to follow an incident and forgets to restart the Patrol function. You have the option to let the camera restart the Patrol function.

Open Internet Explorer on your PC.

Type in the IP address of the camera and open the configuration tab.

1. Go to the Config tab

2. Select the PTZ menu on the left

3. Then, at the top, go to Parking Action

4. Enable the parking action and select the action type Patrol

5. Set the action time in seconds

6. Set the Patrol route ID

Now, after any action, the patrol will automatically start again.
