My camera did not recording some motions

If you find that Activity Detection is missing motions, below are some possible reasons causing this issue:

• Object of interest is not within 15 meters from the Camera device 
• Motion is too small to trigger motion recording
• Lighting condition is not ideal
• Background and objects blend together (e.g. snow and white rabbits)
• Camera device was disconnected or crashed

We recommend the following troubleshooting tips:

• Please restart your Camera device
• Make sure the date and time on your Camera device are correct
• Switch off Pause Detection When Moving toggle setting on your camera device
  
• Set Activity Detection sensitivity to High
