Our facial recognition access control temperature readers have the option to add on a Health Questionnaire consisting of 5 yes/no questions. Both 2MTHFR-2M and 2MWTK offer this function with a firmware update. The steps for updating the firmware can be found here.
The option to enable/disable the health questions can only be found in the web page of the units. Once the firmware has been updated, navigate to Setup → Intelligent → Advanced Setting. By default, the Health Question section will be left unchecked, but once it is enabled, the options will appear below to enter a maximum of 5 questions. Once the appropriate information has been filled out, Save the configuration, and the questionnaire will appear the next time someone uses the facial recognition unit.
